Why Stellar
Why watchmakers work with Stellar
Six vendors, one founder
One team that already knows what a drop is. Most brands stitch together a Shopify freelancer, an ads agency, an email tool and a photographer, and the founder holds the plan. With Stellar, the plan holds itself.
One team, one plan
Store, creative, paid media, email, social and launches, run together by one team that answers for the whole funnel. Nothing falls between vendors, because there are no vendors.
We fill the gaps
Already have creative or social handled? Keep it. We take the rest and run it as one plan, from a first pre-order to a tenth collection.
Client stories
What the brands say about Stellar
Stellar has been with us since the first site rebuild and every sold-out drop since. They moved us onto Shopify without a hiccup, the ads run at eight to ten times return, and it all happens on one call a week. I stopped having to think about marketing. I get to make watches.
Founder, Trafford Watch Co
Before Stellar I had one guy doing photos, another doing ads, and a website nobody had touched in years. Now y'all run the site, the ads, the emails, the social and the PR, and it all still sounds like me. My first half of 2026 was up 128 percent over last year.

They've been phenomenal to work with. I think you guys are a big part of the successful ecosystem we are building.
Founder, Northern Star Watch

I couldn't imagine a better outcome for the first month. This is not the situation that I expected to be in a month into this.
Co-founder, Mad Hudson Watches

You guys have been the rock since the beginning. Without you guys, I don't think this even would have been as real as it is right now.

The Calibre Report
See how you stack up
Your store, your email and your ads, scored against an anonymised cohort of real independent watch brands: the only benchmarks that exist for this space. Your numbers are never shared. It puts a dollar figure on the gap and ends with the first fixes to make. Free, and yours whether or not we ever work together.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Independent watch brands. Some are pre-launch with a prototype and a Kickstarter date, some are established microbrands running seasonal drops, some sit in between. Every brand gets the same people on store, launches, paid media, email and creative.
Project work like a store build or redesign is scoped and quoted at a fixed price before we start. Ongoing partnerships are monthly retainers sized on a call, because a brand prepping its first drop needs a different plan than one running four collections a year. Every retainer is month-to-month with no lock-in, and strategy is always included, never billed against your hours.
Two layers. The strategy layer covers planning, performance oversight, reporting and recommendations, and it is always included regardless of size. The execution layer is a set of hours that flex across whatever the month needs: store work, launch prep, paid media, email flows, creative. When priorities shift from ads to email in drop week, your hours shift with them. No separate vendors, no re-briefing.
A free scorecard of how your brand is doing at getting found, keeping attention, converting and bringing buyers back, measured against an anonymised cohort of real independent watch brands. It puts a dollar figure on the gap and ends with the first fixes to make. We build it after a twenty-minute call, and it is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
Usually not. A watch at $400 to $1,200 is a considered purchase: buyers visit several times, join the list, watch a drop or two, then buy. Judging a watch store on first-session conversion is how good brands kill their email popups and their retargeting. We measure what actually predicts revenue at this price point: cost per visit, email capture, checkout starts and returning-visitor rate, and we build the store and the follow-up around that journey.
Launches are one of our core services, so no. Pre-launch is when the compounding work happens: the store, the waitlist, the renders that sell the watch before production photography exists, and the drop plan for day one. The brands that come to us before launch skip the expensive year of figuring it out in public.
Embedded. We join your Slack, plan the month with you, and the people on your calls are the people doing the work. You own everything we build: full code and platform access, no vendor lock-in, and if something breaks on a site we host, we fix it free. You get a marketing department without the headcount, run by people who collect, photograph and post watches themselves.
